On December 6, 2025, TCI Village marked a truly meaningful milestone—its 9th Anniversary—an event made even more special with the spirit of Christmas in the air. The celebration gathered the entire TCI family: the founders Mr. Jun Tan, Mr. Joel Chavez, and Mr. Bill Ibanez, together with the dedicated staff, residents, and their families. It wasn’t just a program; it was a reunion of transformed lives, a gathering of stories, and a celebration of second chances. The atmosphere was alive with gratitude and joy. Smiles, laughter, warm embraces, and heartfelt conversations filled the space as everyone reflected on how far the community had come.
